This house was very nice, and location was great, close to airport and groceries. Arturo was super responsive and very kind and helpful. The description was accurate and the house was spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wow, what can I say just that everything was just as it was listed- bedrooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen and amenities were very clean and super supplied, the bathrooms with the bidets were absolutely fun! The heated toilet seats were a wonderful surprise- I would go back just for those! Arturo was very communicative and responsive to requests. Our family was very impressed with the location and the deer roaming the neighborhood was very different from what you would see in suburban area- several bucks seen every evening. So close to the airport which was definite plus for us!!! So thankful for the accommodations-Super impressed!

We stayed here for a very special REK event at Floore's Country Store, and this Airbnb couldn't have been more perfect! The location was ideal—close enough to everything we needed but still semi-secluded, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat after the excitement of the day. My wife and her best friend especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space—it’s clear that care and attention went into making guests feel welcome. The hot tub was a huge bonus and exactly what we needed after a long day of walking and enjoying the event. Highly recommend this spot if you're coming to Helotes for a show or just looking for a relaxing getaway.

We booked this home extremely last minute and Arturo was more than helpful and accommodating. The house was impeccable, extremely clean, every detail was thought through, labels and instructions for everything, pool toys for the kids, the layout was wonderful for our family gathering. I couldn’t say more positive things about our stay and this home. We definitely plan on coming back!!

This is a beautiful home. The pics don't do it justice. It was decorated amazingly. Clean and clutter free. We enjoyed the entire house. Very spacious and comfortable. The shower (OMG!) the massage chair was definitely a suprise and a bonus! You've gotta utilize it during your stay! They thought of everything, I mean everything!! The grill was perfect for us to grill steaks and we fully used the kitchen and had meals together in the front dining room. I like that there were several areas to sit and eat. The pool and spa was the focus for us, that area was so peaceful and private from neighbors. Towels were provided for outdoor water activities as well. We had 3 couples there for the weekend, we didn't go anywhere we just enjoyed this house shooting pool, watching TV, playing games, cooking and eating. It was like home. All the rooms had TV's with plush beds and extra pillows. The restrooms had a bidet. I had never seen or used one, so didn't know what to do. But it was nice to have

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arturo’s place. The home was clean, modern, comfortable and had many high-tech amenities. Everything was labeled, such as cabinets and light switches, which made it easy to find things. There ended up only being four of us that stayed, but the house could’ve easily accommodated multiple families. The neighborhood felt very safe, and location was perfect, being close to Lackland AFB and several new restaurants and stores. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at, and we’d definitely recommend!!!

“One of Our Best Stays Ever!” We booked Art’s home for a military training event (July 27–Aug 3, 2025) with 16 guests, and it was flawless. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a large group—comfortable rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and great spaces to gather. Art was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and proactive with helpful info. He made everything easy and clearly cared about our stay. Truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with some of our extended family on a birthday trip to Sea World for our son. The house was clean and well maintained when we arrived. We experienced a couple of issues soon after arrival. However, Arturo and his team resolved the issues in a timely manner. Would stay here again on any future trips to San Antonio.
