An absolutely impeccable home in the Cross Mountain area of northwest San Antonio, Arturo and his team shared an immaculately clean and beautifully maintained setting for our family milestone celebration, two 50th and one 80th birthday celebrations. Every detail of the house was perfect, and the house was truly majestic, making our special occasion truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful or well-prepared home for such a significant milestone. Arturo was informative, responsive, and supportive to our requests for information and support. Our guests loved the home and can’t wait for another opportunity to visit again.

Three things I would recommend that would have helped improve our experience.
1) have a welcome book which would include check out instructions and main gate code as well as instructions on operating the spa with the physical location of the control box.
2) We needed more wash cloths in the bathrooms
3) Additional charges for heating the pool and spa should have either been included in the original quote or disclosed prior to booking rather than advised of such after arrival.

This is my second time staying at one of Arturo's listings. The house is immaculate, well appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Incredibly clean with updated furnishings and finishes. An incredibly private setting and very relaxing. I'll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

Five generations enjoyed a spring break stay and everyone loved the home! It was very clean, gorgeous and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals for everyone - there were 11 of us, including my 6-month-old grandson :-) Arturo and his team were very responsive when we needed them to heat the hot tub, etc. The hot tub, btw, worked well, getting nice and hot just like we like it! Highly recommend this beautiful home if you're looking for a lot of space.
